As protein allergy has become a problem for latex glove users worldwide, our manufacturing process involves procedures that leach out the soluble proteins present in natural latex to a negligible level (<10mg/g), thereby reducing Type 1 allergy. Our powder-free gloves are of a high quality medical grade, textured and have excellent grip properties. The gloves are treated in such a way that the grip properties are enhanced without affecting the good donning of the gloves
Benefits To Our Customers:
- Consistent and reliable performance by controlling process inputs.
- Inspections gates at the factory reduce our customers “inspection time and cost”.
- Trace ability from raw material to finished products.
- Quality products at competitive prices translate into value to our customers.
Distribution Capacity:
We operate a next day delivery service in the UK using two palate distribution networks and two parcel distribution networks. Our logistics networks are very efficient and that is why can guarantee your deliveries next day for all orders placed before 4.00pm for parcels or before 2.00pm for palates. Orders place after 4.00pm may still get to their destination next day but may not guaranteed.
Stock Level:
As we have the advantage of being the manufacturers of our own products, our stock level is always very high. We have a network system that controls the stock at all marketing offices and this stock control is directly linked to the factory. A reorder level is usually set for each marketing office, which depends on the level of customer base. By so doing, we ensure that we can always deliver anytime and to anywhere.
Ordering Procedure:
Order can be placed by a simple phone call, fax or e-mail: sales@unigloves.co.uk
